Hello! I'm Alyssa Andreadis. And this is my story.
With an intrinsic passion for entrepreneurship and marketing, I launched my career armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Communications, complemented by minors in Business and Journalism. Shortly after college graduation, I embarked on a 15-year entrepreneurial journey, founding two successful companies in business and marketing consulting that served hundreds of clients before I successfully exited by selling them.
I subsequently embraced a role at IBM, where I thrived for nearly a decade. This position not only offered a change of pace but also provided a deep dive into enterprise-level marketing. During this tenure, I continuously enhanced my marketing skills and earned a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
Today, I am committed to leveraging my extensive expertise and strategic insights to continue delivering exceptional results. My mission is to drive transformative marketing-led growth for SMBs.

From an early age, my entrepreneurial spirit was evident through various jobs—newspaper delivery, babysitting, pet sitting, retail work, and freelance writing for a teen magazine. Each role was not merely about earning money, but a chance to learn business basics and marketing skills.
For example, I wasn’t just a neighborhood babysitter. I was perfecting the art of scheduling, rate negotiation, word of mouth marketing, and customer satisfaction. Delivering newspapers taught me about punctuality and reliability. Pet sitting introduced me to the responsibilities of care and trust. Retail sharpened my sales and customer service skills. Writing, on the other hand, ignited my love for storytelling and communication.
Equipped with a degree in Corporate Communications and minors in Business and Journalism, I started my first business just a couple years after college graduation. Though I envisioned this chapter would showcase a multi-million dollar enterprise born from undeniable ambition in my 20s, that didn’t happen.
My early business venture didn’t just stumble, it crashed spectacularly, challenging but ultimately strengthening my entrepreneurial resolve. This failure was a plot twist, not an end, turning me into a keen learner and strategist. I later founded two successful businesses providing business and marketing consulting, both thriving for over a decade before I sold them.
Then life threw me a curveball. My journey as an entrepreneur took a sharp turn when I faced divorce, with three very young children, one with a disability. Prioritizing the need for financial stability, I accepted a role at IBM, a decision that provided the security and balance I needed.
Despite the stark transition from leading my own ventures to navigating the corporate world, I found a silver lining at IBM. There were many amazing people to work with, lots of opportunities to learn and grow, and an environment that fostered collaboration. I had access to cutting-edge technology and projects that were shaping the future of the industry, which kept my days exciting and my skills razor-sharp.
During my tenure at IBM, not being constantly in the entrepreneurial trenches allowed me to focus on my professional growth. I earned my master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University, a journey that deepened my strategic understanding of marketing and communications, reconnected me with the pulse of industry trends, and further broadened my expertise.
After a decade of significant growth and achievements at IBM, my passion for entrepreneurship was still humming in the background, with the vibrations growing louder. As the entrepreneurial call grew irresistible, I decided to embrace my true calling as an outsourced marketing expert.
In this role, I apply my extensive experience and insights to provide strategic marketing leadership and operational excellence.
